INGREDIENTS:
- 4 tomatoes, quartered
- cucumber, chopped
- red onion, sliced thinly
- 1/8 cup, olive oil (or more, to taste)
- 1/8 cup, red wine vinegar (or more, to taste)
- salt & fresh ground pepper
DIRECTIONS TO MAKE THIS EASY SUMMER MEAL:
- Toss veggies in a medium-sized bowl, drizzle olive oil and vinegar on top.
- Add salt and pepper as desired.
- Stir to mix veggies in dressing.
- Best with pizza!
